My stay at the Hilton was a mixed experience. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, and the noise from people yelling and jumping around all night was quite disruptive. However, the service was amazing and extremely helpful, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient for my event at the ballroom, but the fix-ups in the rooms, particularly the poorly done bathroom tiles, distracted from the overall visit. The dining experience was lackluster, with paid breakfast options and some issues with service clarity. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers several facilities like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, shops, laundry, and a welcome drink.
The hotel has clean and spacious rooms but is very dated and in need of a face-lift. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for specific needs, but lacks amenities. The dining experience had some issues with service accuracy and quality.
